Interlaken features four separate 100-acre hunting courses, along with several smaller quail hunting areas. Hunters are transported in comfortable quail carts pulled by utility vehicles. Hunting parties are limited to four hunters, with only two hunters on the ground and actively shooting at any given time.
Experience the thrill of a classic quail hunt with our premier early-release program, carefully designed to replicate the excitement and challenge of pursuing wild birds. Available for groups of up to four hunters, this hunt delivers an authentic upland experience. We also offer a traditional put-and-take option for groups of two to four hunters, perfect for a relaxed and rewarding day in the field. Hunts are offered Monday-Friday with limited Saturday availability.

Our quail are among the finest flying birds available. Additional quail and chukar may be added to your hunt upon request, allowing you to customize your day in the field.

Includes four man half-day hunt with finger foods and beverages immediately following. Premium quail hunt with cart transportation from the field, full bird cleaning service, experienced hunting guide, and trained dogs provided.
